Chhaya qualified as Bachelors of Business Administration, Diploma in Computer Aided Office Management and Masters of Electronic Commerce in 2001.
Prior to change in her career to business operations, she worked as a Business Advisor and Contact Centre Manager, joining Scottish Borders Council in 2020 and currently supporting all aspects of the general administration of the centre.
She has significant experience in dealing with all types of clientele; years of experience in customer service delivery, contact centre management, back office operations, strategic supplier relationship and business analysis with specialisation in automated report generation.
She prides herself on being approachable and knowledgeable on all aspects of the COET.
